                Gen. Anthony J. Cotton, commander, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and Japanese Minister of Defense Yasukaza Hamada discuss extended deterrence during an office call at the Ministry of Defense in Tokyo, Japan, Sept. 4, 2023.
