USAFSAM completes visits to ICBM bases
Matthew Morris, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center member, shows Col. (Dr.) Tory Woodard, U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine commander, 90th Missile Wing historical records and maps in Nuclear Weapons Center facilities on base, Feb. 27, 2023, on F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The USAFSAM team will conduct a study at the request of Gen Tom Bussiere, Air Force Global Strike Command commander, and will accomplish their initial visits to the command's three active missile wings this week, where the teams will have full access to the facilities and personnel necessary to conduct their study. Maj Gen Lutton, 20th Air Force commander, thanked the team and emphasized to Woodard how, "Airmen and their families are counting on an objective, transparent, comprehensive, and credible study."
