Centenarian Celebration

Fran Harris, former secretary for the Base Supply commander at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., is presented a certificate of authenticity stating the flag she was given was flown on a B-1B Lancer, during her 100th birthday party in Rapid City, S.D., Sept. 11, 2021. Harris spent her life dedicated to serving those who serve in the U.S. military. She continues to share her legacy with the Ellsworth Raiders and the community by her children and grandchildren who have or continue to serve in the military.
