Tim Ray, the Air Force Global Strike Command commander, and his wife, Rhonda, learn about a new way to repair planes via cold spray during a tour of the 28th Maintenance Squadron Metals Technology and Additive Manufacturing Flight facility on Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., May 26, 2021.
