345th EBS crosses Arctic Circle to conduct training with Nordic Allies
Three B-1B Lancers assigned to the 345th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron stand ready on the ramp at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, Sept. 12, 2020. The unit used only three bombers to launch 19 sorties and attain a 100 percent mission effectiveness rating while in support of a Bomber Task Force there. The lean package highlighted the agility and operational flexibility of the Bomber Task Force mission to respond to any potential crisis or challenge across the globe.
