Col. R. Allen Barksdale, the 28th Operations Group commander, points out aspects of the B-1B Lancer to a visiting foreign defense attaché at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Sept. 4, 2019. Approximately 45 defense attachés from several different countries visited the base to learn more about the mission of the 28th Bomb Wing and the 89th Attack Squadron.
