‘Adopt a Plane Program’ takes off

Andrew Worley, an eagle scout with Troop 72, and Rodd Ahrenstorff, the assistant scout master for Troop 72 from Rapid City, help assemble a sign as part of the Adopt-a-Plane Program, in Box Elder, S.D., Sept. 23, 2017.
