Seven Airmen conduct a weight-check of a platform designed and built by Staff Sgt. Daniel Babis, 2nd Munitions Squadron armament team chief, at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., March 18, 2016. The platform was created to address safety concerns by Airmen installing components on common rotary launchers, who previously had been forced to use step stools as they lifted 140 pound equipment up to the launcher. The platform has been tested to withstand up to 1250 pounds. (U.S. Air Force Courtesy photo)
