Lancers execute first-ever Block 16 long-range strike exercise 
             
            
            Airmen from the 7th Bomb Wing man the Deployment Control Center processing line Feb. 23, 2016, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, during a B-1 Combat Mission Effectiveness exercise. The DCC is a one-stop shop for Airmen issued a short-notice deployment tasking to ensure they are fully qualified to deploy. Part of the plan for the B-1 CME exercise was to task Airmen in operations, maintenance and support positions to deploy within 48 hours.
