Dyess firefighters assist community in 750-acre blaze

A 750-acre wildfire near the community of Eula, Texas, threatened to destroy property and livestock until it was 100 percent contained at approximately midnight Jan. 31, 2016. Dyess Airmen were asked to join the fire fight at approximately 4 p.m. Jan. 30, 2016, after a team of 15 state, county and city officials had been battling the blaze for nearly five hours.
