Maj. Gen. Cotton takes command of 20th Air Force

Gen. Robin Rand, Air Force Global Strike Command commander, presents the 20th Air Force guidon to Maj. Gen. Anthony J. Cotton as Cotton takes command of the numbered air force responsible for the nation's three intercontinental ballistic missile wings and one nuclear operations support wing on F.E.
