Leadership Enhancement Course

Maj. Michael Green, course leader, Leadership Development Division, instructs students on the link between Air Force Core Values and leadership. Every Leadership Enhancement Course class involved a group discussion, with students asking questions and sharing ideas about leadership. Students also learned leadership "tools” for self-improvement such as Multi-Source Assessment and Feedback 360, an organized feedback model that enables leaders to gain and implement feedback from subordinates, peers, and senior leaders.
