AFGSC commander bids farewell

Lt. Gen. Stephen Wilson will transfer command of Air Force Global Strike Command to Gen. Robin Rand during a ceremony at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, July 28, before moving on to his next assignment as the deputy commander of U.S. Strategic Command at Offutt AFB, Nebraska.
