A cake with the Strategic Air Command emblem was the centerpiece of ceremonial birthday celebration for SAC hosted here March 31 by Airmen assigned to Air Force Global Strike Command (P). SAC originaly stood up March 21, 1946, at Bolling AFB and is the lineage for the provisional command.
