Community Engagement

WARRENSBURG, Mo. - Citizens gather at the rededication ceremony for the Old Drum statue, originally placed at the Johnson County Courthouse in 1958. Elvis and Bowe (along with their human guardians) enjoy their tie for first place in the Old Drum Look-alike Contest. Warrensburg is proud of its heritage of friendship, not only because it's the home of "man's best friend" but because of the way the community welcomes the wide diversity of new neighbors.
