Dragon boat race team gets pep talk

SHREVEPORT, La. -- Lt. Col. Glen Shilland (center), team captain for Air Force Global Strike Command’s dragon boat race team “Global Strykers,” gives a pep talk to fellow teammates after a race during the 2010 Red River Dragon Boat Festival. Colonel Shilland assembled the team of first-time dragon boat racers in just a few days to compete against local and out-of-state opponents who had months to prepare. (USAF photo/Master Sgt. Corey A.
