MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. – The A1 awards recognize the best performers and finest installation level programs. 1st Lt. Megan Graham, 5th Force Support Squadron chief of plans and readiness, coordinated the return of 280 Guam deployers. Graham has identified Silver Flag training and Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear equipment deficiencies.
