Security Forces compete for top honors at Camp Minden

As part of Air Force Global Strike Command's second annual Global Strike Challenge competition, nine elite security forces teams will compete in the Mental and Physical Challenge at Camp Minden, La., Nov. 7.

Competitors will demonstrate a range of combat, survival and reconnaissance skills as they are evaluated for endurance, agility and accuracy in a timed event. The winners will take home the Charlie Fire Team Trophy, which will be presented during Global Strike Challenge's score posting event at Barksdale's Hoban Hall, Nov. 8-9.

Participating teams are from Malmstrom AFB, Mont; Minot AFB, N.D.; F.E. Warren AFB, Wyo.; Whiteman AFB, Mo.; Dyess AFB, Texas; Ellsworth AFB, S.D. and Barksdale AFB, representing Air Force Global Strike Command, Air Combat Command and Air Force Reserve Command.
