Missileers train for Global Strike Challenge
First Lt. Madelaine Ross, 319th Missile Squadron combat crew commander, trains for the 2017 Global Strike Challenge inside the Missile Procedures Trainer at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., June 5, 2017. The missileer competition is June 27-29, 2017. The MPT allows missileers to run through a number of potential situations that can arise when on alert. Approximately 450 competitors take part in GSC competitions at various locations. Competition categories rigorously test security forces, missile, bomber, helicopter and maintenance communities.
