Air Force Global Strike Command's first-ever Global Strike Challenge competition culminated with score posting and trophy presentations at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Nov. 16 - 17. The events connect the command's heritage and mission, while recognizing and celebrating the "best of the best" among bomber, missile and security forces. Team mascots and spirit uniforms showed esprit de corps, which is a tradition from previous competition eras. In addition to Air Force Global Strike Command wings, Air Combat Command, Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard wings also competed in Global Strike Challenge which began in April 2010.  To view the winning teams click here.
