Commanders and Minot family participate in ribbon-cutting ceremony for new breezeway at Minot
MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. – With a stiff wind and 9 degrees outside, Mrs. Katie Becker and Lt. Gen. Frank Klotz cut the ceremonial ribbon, opening a breezeway connecting Minot’s Base Exchange and Commissary buildings here Dec. 13. as Col. Doug Cox, 5th Bomb Wing commander, and Col. Fred Stoss, 91st Missile Wing commander, look on. The enclosed breezeway provides a safe and sheltered passage for Airmen, family members and retirees between the two busiest buildings on base. Mrs. Becker is the wife of deployed Staff Sgt. Dustin Becker, 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron weapons loader. General Klotz is commander, Air Force Global Strike Command.
