BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. --  Secretary of the Air Force Michael B. Donley and Gen. Norton A. Schwartz, Chief of the Staff of the Air Force, recently sent a letter to all Airmen performing nuclear deterrence operations for the Air Force.
