Aircrew helmet cleaning
Airman 1st Class Andrew Jones, 2nd Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment, cleans an oxygen hose from an aircrew helmet on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Sept. 5. Every part of the helmet is cleaned to remove dirt and anything that may get the wearer sick. AFE Airmen use a mild detergent, gauze pads and hot water when cleaning equipment.
