BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. --  Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark A. Welsh III and Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force James Cody visited Barksdale AFB, April 2-3, reinforcing the importance of the command's mission of providing combat ready forces for nuclear deterrence and global strike operations.
