MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, Mont. --  Representatives from the Air Force, Army Corps of Engineers and the state of Montana conduct the ceremonial first dig during the Weapons Generation Facility groundbreaking ceremony at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, March 9, 2024.
