CHEYENNE, Wyo. --  Mark Gordon, Governor of Wyoming, shakes hands with Col. Deane Konowicz, Vice Wing Commander of the 90th Missile Wing at the Capitol Building in Cheyenne, Wyo. April 6, 2021.
