    595th Command and Control Group, NAOC Change Commands

    Both the 595th Command and Control Group and National Airborne Operations Center held their change of command ceremonies July 27, 2018, at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska as a single commander assumed responsibility for both organizations.
  • OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE Neb.,-- An E-4B aircraft an emergency mobile command and control center, is towed out of it's hangar at the east end of Offutt's runway June 17. The E-4B serves as the National Airborne Operations Center for the president, secretary of defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. If needed, the E-4B can provide a command, control and communications center to direct U.S. forces, execute emergency war orders and coordinate actions by civil authorities.     595th CACG activates at Offutt

    The 595th Command and Control Group will be activated under Air Force Global Strike Command in an Oct. 6 ceremony at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb.
