Top Command personnelist visits Warren

F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. -- Air Force Global Strike Command's Director of Manpower, Personnel, and Services visited the base Sept. 13-15 for an immersion visit with the 90th Force Support Squadron.

The purpose of this immersion visit was to familiarize Col. Gregory Parsons with 90th FSS issues and concerns. One major focus of the visit was to show the colonel recent base renovations like the aquatic center, Independence Hall and the child development center.

Escorted by Capt. Tiffany Castleberry, manpower and personnel flight commander at F.E. Warren, Colonel Parsons made several stops around the base including lodging, military personnel, civilian personnel, manpower, the bowling center, the library, the dining facility, Fall Hall Community Center and the Trail's End Club.

The colonel also met with F.E. Warren senior leaders to discuss concerns within the 90th FSS and across the wing.

"We definitely appreciate Colonel Parsons taking the time to visit F. E. Warren, particularly the 90th FSS," said Lt. Col. Shelley Strong, 90th Force Support Squadron commander. "His support as the AFGSC/A1 is critical to the FSS' ability to continue to provide the highest quality of programs and support to our Airmen and their families."

After touring the base and meeting with FSS members in their work centers, Colonel Parsons concluded his visit with an all-call, which provided him an opportunity to meet face-to-face with 90th FSS Airmen to discuss Command-wide issues, deployments and education.
