History made in honor of Women's History Month

Capt Margaret Ingerslew, Executive Officer, 5th Bomb Wing, Hometown: Seward, Nebraska. "Most influential Female: My mom, Cheryl Ingerslew. She's the most confident, level-headed person I know and has always kept me grounded. She's encouraged me without inflating my ego and taught me to always be thankful and appreciative of those around me without being dependent on them. The best thing she's done for me throughout my life is simply say, "I knew you could," whenever I've accomplished something I may have doubted myself on."
