A Splendid Ceremony

Member from the U.S. Air Force Band, play during the memorial ceremony U.S. Lt. Col. James I. Hopkins, a former member of the 509th Bomber Group, at Arlington National Cemetery, Washington D.C., Sept. 30, 2021. Hopkins was a Maj. at the time of the atomic missions, and piloted the Big Stink, a B-29 Superfortress, photographing the atomic bomb mission against Nagasaki.
